The registration of all required data must be completed in the profile
before registering for any of the available training programs.

Participants have the right to register in all training programs available
through the electronic system. Registration is considered cancelled in
case of non-payment of fees after the end of the registration period.

For participants in training programs through their employers, they are
kindly required to register their data through their employer, via the page
of that entity.
-
Please refer, in person, to the regulations adopted for withdrawals of
participants.
-
The trainee shall not be granted a certificate of attendance or passing a
general or contractual training program if his absence exceeds 20% of the
training program total hours. In this case, he is not entitled to claim the
subscription fees he has paid.
-
For international certificate programs, participants are not allowed in
person to take the test only after fees receipt. For participants nominated
from a particular entity, a confirmation letter of payment of the test fee
from their respective entity is required to be allowed to take the test.

The applicant for the test, in person, or the nominator entity has the right
to a refund of the test fees paid in case of cancellation of the test.

Trainer:

The registration of all the required data must be completed in the profile
in order for the trainer's file to be approved as a certified trainer at the
center.

The application for accreditation as a certified trainer at the Center is
subject to several determinants, including: practical experience -
academic degrees/diplomas - quality of the training program -
international and academic accreditations, and other related determinants.

The certified trainer has the right to submit proposals to hold various
training programs through the electronic form prepared for this purpose
in the system.
-
The Center studies and sorts out all training initiatives and proposals
received periodically and classifies them according to the proposal nature
and its content.
-
The training needs received by the Center from different entities are
studied, analyzed and sorted out besides the possibility of studying their
implementation in coordination with potential trainers.
-
The Center classifies the training proposals according to the content,
duration of implementation and financial obligations involved. The
Center, then, approves the proposal for the program plan, which includes
training courses and community activities including the implementation
schedule and financial details of each program. After that, the proposal is
submitted to the university administration by the Center for final
approval.

The Center has the right to agree with external trainers and external
training bodies (from inside and outside the Sultanate) to provide various
types of courses and training programs to different community
institutions.

The Center controls, approved by the President of the University,
determine the remuneration of trainers from within the University,
according to the classification and duration of the course.
-
For trainers from outside the University, the Center shall determine the
remuneration of the trainer and the benefits granted to him/her as agreed
upon in line with the Center approved regulations in this regard.

Contract User:

The registration of all the required data must be completed in the profile
of the parties/entities.

The Center can grant entities that participate with four or more
candidates a 15% fees discount of the general courses. This clause does
not apply to international certificate courses and language courses.
-
The Center issues an invoice to the nominator immediately after the end
of the training program, according to which the entity pays the full fees
within a maximum period of 90 days.
-
The nominator will pay the full fee in the event that its candidate(s)
withdraw after more than 20% of the training program hours. In the event
of withdrawal after no more than 20% of the training program hours, the
nominator can nominate another candidate to participate as a substitute
for the withdrawn one or participate in any other training program
offered by the Center during the same year provided that it is the same
fee as the course fee paid to the withdrawn candidate, or pay the
difference of fees if the fees for the course to be enrolled are higher.

The nominator is not obliged to pay any fees in the event that its
candidate(s) does not attend any hour of the training program.
