You will work with our founders and our early customers to help define and build our product functionality, while maintaining the quality bar that customers have come to expect from modern SaaS applications. You have a strong background in product design with a quantitavely anf qualitatively analytical mindset. You will also have the opportunity to craft our overall product and visual identity and should be comfortable to flex into working.

    Describe the challenges and opportunities of Emergency Remote Teaching (ERT) in sustaining clinical education and student engagement. Explain the role of simulation-based learning approaches in clinical nursing education during ERT. Differentiate various simulation strategies that can be effectively implemented in remote teaching environments to enhance clinical learning outcomes. Demonstrate the integration of simulation-based activities into emergency remote teaching plans to promote active learning and engagement. Apply strategies to design simulation scenarios suitable for online or distance-based clinical education. Evaluate the effectiveness of simulation-based approaches in improving student engagement, clinical reasoning, and learning outcomes during ERT. Reflect on best practices and future directions for integrating simulation into blended and remote clinical education models.

Dr. Judie Arulappan is an orator, motivational speaker, healthcare entrepreneur, and innovator.
Mrs. KOUKAB ABDULLAH RASHID AL GHARIBI
Dr. Koukab Al Gharibi is a nurse educator and clinical simulation specialist with over 15 years of experience in nursing education, simulation-based learning, and clinical practice across Oman, the United States, and Canada. She holds a PhD in Nursing Science and is licensed as a Registered Nurse in the United States, with extensive expertise in designing, implementing, and evaluating high- and low-fidelity simulation programs aligned with INACSL standards and evidence-based educational frameworks.Her professional focus includes faculty development, simulation facilitation, pre-briefing and debriefing practices, psychological safety in simulation, clinical reasoning, and interprofessional education. Dr. Al Gharibi has led and supported undergraduate and graduate simulation experiences, trained faculty in simulation pedagogy, and contributed to curriculum development and accreditation preparation. She is also a TeamSTEPPS® Master Trainer and an active researcher with multiple peer-reviewed publications in nursing and simulation education.
