Event Objectives
    1. إعداد كوادر مؤهلة لتقديم خدمات الإرشاد النفسي وفق المعايير المهنية المعتمدة. 2. إكساب المتدربين مهارات وفنيات المقابلة الإرشادية، ودراسة الحالة. 3. تنمية وتطوير قدرة المتدربين على إعداد وتنظيم وتقييم برامج الإرشاد الجمعي وبرامج في الإرشاد النمائي. 4. إكساب المتدربين مهارات تطبيق الاختبارات النفسية وتحليلها. 5. تدريب باحثين مؤهلين لإجراء بحوث ودراسات متميزة في مجال الإرشاد النفسي. 6. إكساب المتدربين الخلفية المعرفية المتعلقة بجوانب معينة في العملية الإرشادية من خلال الجلسات الإشرافية. 7. السعي لتأطير وتنظيم مهنة الإرشاد النفسي. 8. رفد المجتمع بالكوادر المؤهلة لتقديم الخدمات الإرشادية النفسية.
    Through taking delivery of Services requested in the current SoW, contractor should deliver training in STEM for teachers and students to the below age groups:  NXplorers Professional – This is an academic offering for higher education students and young professionals to develop their detailed NXthinking skills to broaden their skillset ( targeting 100 students , 10 teachers) – Core Scope.  NXplorers Senior – This is the central NXplorers programme which equips students aged 15 – 17 with the skills to solve complex challenges and develop their STEM habits of mind. (7 schools). Optional Scope.

    This course topics will include, but not be limited to, the following: a) Singapore's approach to governance and public service transformation b) Public accountability and financial management in Singapore c) Futures thinking and economic planning in Singapore d) Human resource management in the Singapore public service e) Organisational change leadership
    Strengthen national ICV implementation and ESG alignment through advisory support Build capacity of institutions and professionals in local content frameworks and reporting Support SMEs and contractors in achieving higher ICV scores and local sourcing Empower individuals with professional training in ICV, sustainability, and policy compliance Promote CEPS and SQU as national hubs for applied knowledge and advisory services

AHMED Said Salim Alhajri
Ahmed Al Hajri is a seasoned professional with over 14 years of industry experience and a Ph.D. focused on In-Country Value (ICV) policies and strategies. He is passionate about supporting both government and private sector decision-makers in creating sustainable positive impacts on society. His academic background and hands-on experience in the fields of local content, economic development, and public policy position him as a key figure in the development of sustainable strategies for national economic growth. As an assistant professor, Ahmed is involved in teaching graduate and undergraduate students, as well as conducting research and engaging in community work in the fields of Local Content, Sustainable Development, and economic development. He currently serves as a Senior Contract Engineer at Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), and has worked across multiple sectors, including oil and gas, telecommunications, and academia, with a focus on creating long-term partnerships and enhancing local business capacities. Through his roles, Ahmed has contributed significantly to Oman’s Vision 2040 and the development of local businesses, ensuring greater involvement of small and medium enterprises in national projects. He is a recognized expert in ICV, and his academic research and industry papers focus on the integration of local content as a sustainable economic strategy, particularly in the oil and gas sector.
