Event Objectives
    1. إعداد كوادر مؤهلة لتقديم خدمات الإرشاد النفسي وفق المعايير المهنية المعتمدة. 2. إكساب المتدربين مهارات وفنيات المقابلة الإرشادية، ودراسة الحالة. 3. تنمية وتطوير قدرة المتدربين على إعداد وتنظيم وتقييم برامج الإرشاد الجمعي وبرامج في الإرشاد النمائي. 4. إكساب المتدربين مهارات تطبيق الاختبارات النفسية وتحليلها. 5. تدريب باحثين مؤهلين لإجراء بحوث ودراسات متميزة في مجال الإرشاد النفسي. 6. إكساب المتدربين الخلفية المعرفية المتعلقة بجوانب معينة في العملية الإرشادية من خلال الجلسات الإشرافية. 7. السعي لتأطير وتنظيم مهنة الإرشاد النفسي. 8. رفد المجتمع بالكوادر المؤهلة لتقديم الخدمات الإرشادية النفسية.
    Through taking delivery of Services requested in the current SoW, contractor should deliver training in STEM for teachers and students to the below age groups:  NXplorers Professional – This is an academic offering for higher education students and young professionals to develop their detailed NXthinking skills to broaden their skillset ( targeting 100 students , 10 teachers) – Core Scope.  NXplorers Senior – This is the central NXplorers programme which equips students aged 15 – 17 with the skills to solve complex challenges and develop their STEM habits of mind. (7 schools). Optional Scope.
    Learning Objectives • Understand the structure and assessment criteria of the IELTS test. • Apply effective strategies for all four skills: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking. • Enhance academic vocabulary and grammar accuracy for higher-band responses. • Demonstrate improved time management and confidence under test conditions. • Receive individual feedback to guide continued self-study beyond the course.
    By the end of the short course, participants will be able to: 1. Organize presentation content in a clear and logical manner. 2. Design slides that are visually appealing, with minimal text and clean visuals. 3. Apply effective public speaking techniques to engage the audience. 4. Overcome nervousness and stage fright during presentations. 5. Address audience questions confidently and effectively. 6. Deliver a well-structured and impactful presentation. 7. Provide and receive constructive feedback on presentation skills.

    A Training of Trainers (TOT) workshop is designed to build the capacity of participants to effectively deliver training programs by equipping them with both subject knowledge and instructional skills. It focuses on enhancing facilitation techniques, communication, and adult learning principles, while also providing practical strategies for planning, conducting, and evaluating training sessions. Through interactive activities, role-plays, and practice sessions, participants engage, foster learning, and sustain capacity-building within their organizations or communities.
    The primary objective of this workshop is to provide participants from outside Sultan Qaboos University (SQU) with comprehensive, hands-on training in advanced soil analysis techniques. The workshop will cover the principles, applications, and practical use of Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Inductively Coupled Plasma-Optical Emission Spectrometry (ICP-OES), and Ion Chromatography (IC). Through this training, participants will gain valuable insights into soil composition, mineralogy, and elemental analysis, enhancing their capabilities in environmental, agricultural, and geoscientific research.

    • Gain an understanding of the principles and workflow of the MALDI Biotyper system. • Learn sample preparation, data acquisition, and result interpretation. • Develop hands-on experience operating the MALDI Biotyper. • Enhance practical skills in microbial identification using mass spectrometry technology.
    الهدف الرئيسي هو تمكين المتدربين من استخدام الأداة بشكل مستقل في كيفية استيراد وربط البيانات من مصادر مختلفة ومن ثم تنظيف وتجهيز البيانات: معالجة البيانات غير المنظمة لتصبح جاهزة للتحليل. الخطوة التالية في نمذجة البيانات وتعريف نوع العلاقات بين مصادر البيانات وعند تأسيس هذه الخطوة تأتي خطوة كتابة المعادلات المخصصة وإنشاء وتصميم التقاريرو الرسومات البيانية ومخططات ولوحات تفاعلية سهلة القراءة. الخطوة الأخيرة هي نشر التقارير على الإنترنت لمشاركتها مع فريق العمل.

As an assistant professor, Ahmed is involved in teaching graduate and undergraduate students, as well as conducting research and engaging in community work in the fields of Local Content, Sustainable Development, and economic development.
