شهدت المؤسسات في سلطنة عمان خلال السنوات الأخيرة تحولا ملحوظا في هوياتها البصرية، لم تكن المؤسسات الحكومية فقط وإنما على المستوى العام، المؤسسات الخاصة. هذا التغير لم يكن شكليا إنما أثر على طريقة حضور المؤسسات في الفضاء العام، وعلى علاقتها بالمجتمع من حيث الثقة، القرب، الإنطباع العام. ومن هنا تأتي أهمية فتح نقاش مجتمعي حول دور الهوية البصرية في تقريب المؤسسات من الناس، مع التركيز على البعد الإنساني، الثقافي، والإتصالي.

    • By the end of the session, at least 80% of participants will be able to identify the main services provided by the Student Counseling Centre. • Participants will demonstrate understanding of the referral process for students experiencing psychological distress. • Increase faculty confidence in recognizing early warning signs of emotional and behavioral difficulties among students.

Rasha Abu-Baker is a Mental Health Lecturer at Sultan Qaboos University in Oman, with a Master’s in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the Hashemite University in Jordan. I have extensive experience in teaching, clinical supervision, and research, focusing on mental health, psychiatry, psychological well-being, and quality of life. Certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), I am committed to advancing mental health education, reducing stigma, and empowering future healthcare professionals through innovative teaching and community engagement.
Mrs. SAFIYA TARESH GHALIB AL YAQOUBI
I am a passionate nurse educator and trainer with over 10 years of experience in maternal and child health. Currently a Lecturer at the College of Nursing, Sultan Qaboos University, I specialize in designing and delivering engaging training sessions using active learning, simulation, and student-centered approaches. I have completed a certified Training of Trainers (ToT) program and have led workshops, clinical teaching, and community outreach initiatives. My focus is on empowering healthcare professionals and students with practical skills, critical thinking, and compassionate care—particularly in pediatrics, maternal health, and nursing education. Beyond the clinical side, I truly love teaching mothers about childhood development and the emotional journey that comes with it. I believe in nurturing both knowledge and connection—helping mothers feel confident, informed, and emotionally supported through every stage of their child’s growth. Whether in classrooms, clinics, or community settings, I believe learning should be impactful, interactive, and human-centered

Masooma has more than 15 years of experience in the field of Tourism and Hospitality, has published in the areas of Tourism and Hospitality Management, Human Resources Management, Cruise Industry, Tourist Experience Management, Training and Development, Entrepreneurship, Tourism and Hospitality Education, and Academic Accreditation. Masooma served as head of the Tourism Department for three years (2010-2013), During that period the Department undergraduate program was awarded the UNWTO.TedQual Academic Accreditation certification. Furthermore, she collaborated with the UNWTO as a national consultant for a national study conducted on Tourism human resources in the Sultanate of Oman. She has recently been granted an award for Achievement in Research and Scholarly Activities by Sultan Qaboos University Vice Chancellor during the 17th University Day Celebrations
